66_Milling New Processing Board

The previous Processing PCB’s pads were milled way too thin to be viable for placing parts on.  I thought this was probably because the milling bits needed to have their widths calibrated.  Whenever the board thickness is changed, the width of a milling bit may be altered as it is pressed further or less into the copper material.

After calibrating the widths of the .1mm and .2mm Universal Cutters, I remilled the Processing Board (Figure 1).  Comparing the PIC pads on the new board with the pads on the last on (Figure 2) shows that the width calibration really helped.
